Here is a great project for someone just learning the art of cardmaking, a project where you may need several of something, or a great valentine for a child! These mini cards come together in a snap, and don't require more than a stamp, ink paper and glitter! And the best part was this stamp was found in the $1.50 section. How awesome is that!?
Start by cutting your card base to 3" x 3" and matting with coordinating cardstock to 1/4" smaller than base. Set aside/
Cut white cardstock 1/4" smaller than matted color. Stamp image in brown ink and color in red hearts using implement of your choice. I chose a red watercolor pencil here.
Next, I wrote "love" with a glue pen and applied red fine glitter over word and his cute little nose! I don't normally do cartoonish stuff but this little guy was just too cute!
Lastly, adhere to matted base and...that's it! These small cards go together so fast and are great for the kids, or even get the kids involved making them!
