On this second day of my 12 Days of Christmas Cards I give to you this stained glass luminary card! The pictures do this card no justice! This stamp is perfect for creating this luminary look.
I decided to keep the card simple by just using white and some gold embossing, so to keep the main focus on the "stained glass panel".
This card only requires a few extra cuts, and a little bit of scoring to create this look. You can search luminary card tutorials on Pinterest to find one that suites the size and shape you are looking for.

One of the great things about this card is that it folds flat for easy gifting.
To light your "stained glass" you simply need an LED votive candle. The sentiment provides a nice ledge in which it can stand up.

I am quite pleased with this card and I plan on trying the same luminary-style card with other stamps and see what else I can come up with! I also think this stamp would be beautiful water colored...hmmm...
Check back tomorrow to see what else I have up my sleeve for day three of my card countdown. Hint: It's not 3 calling birds! :)
Have a good night and be sure to have "Liked" Paperberry Lane on Facebook for all my updates! Have a great evening!
